제목 Polymer Semiconductors for Lightweight and Flexible Electronics
초록 Polymer semiconductors can offer many potential advantages over the conventional inorganic semiconductors, including lightweight, physical flexibility, solution processibility and readily tunable material properties. With these advantages, there has been tremendous progress in the development of polymer semiconductors for various applications in electronics, exemplified by organic transistors, organic solar cells, organic sensors, and organic light emitting diodes. In this talk, I will present the evolution of organic electronics and molecular design factors of polymer semiconductors to achieve high performance. In addition, I will discuss how polymer semiconductors can be used in the field of future automobile technologies.
