제목 Synthesis and assembly of uniform gold nanorods
초록 Uniform gold nanorods have been successfully synthesized at room-temperature by using a seeded growth method, in which hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) was used as stabilizer.[1] Gold nanorod was 50nm in length and 10nm in diameter. By attaching functional ligands at both ends selectively, two patches on nanorods were successfully created, which can interact with other particles. finally, we have demonstrated that colloidal nanorod particles can be assembled as bifunctional molecules does at atomic scale.
