Fabrication of graphite nanoplatelet-based films and its application to flexible heater. |
초록 |
Graphite nanoplatelet comprised with multi-layered graphene sheets is fabricated through a mild-oxidation process of graphite. The fabricated graphite platelet exhibits high electrical and thermal conductivity because the trapped water molecules in the expanded graphite nanoplatelet act as a good ionic conductor. The expanded graphite nanoplatelet is micro-patterned at polyimide film using a screen printing method in order to prepare the flexible patch heater. The graphite nanoplatelet-based patch heater provides excellent heat up to 172.3 °C at 14 V. Furthermore, the outstanding electrothermal properties of the graphite nanoplatelet-based patch heater are maintained even though the bending radius is changed, which is a useful property for the practical application. |
