초록 |
Highly conductive, transparent, flexible and scalable graphene hybrid thin films with controlled domain size was successfully fabricated via mechanochemical method, screen printing and pressure-assisted reduction process. The main objective of this work is to examine and explain the simple approach to fabricate the highly conductive and flexible graphene hybrid thin films with controlled domain size in the large-scale via mechanochemical process, screen printing and pressure-assisted reduction process for transparent electrodes. In this work, as a connecting bridge, submicrometer-sized graphene sheets increased the dispersibility and the interfacial interactions between graphene sheets with micrometer size, which caused the increase in conductivity related to the high reduction efficiency. In addition, our results demonstrated that the graphene hybrid thin film exhibited uniform conductivity and outstanding flexibility. |
