제목 | Preparation and analysis of porous carbon nitride modified graphene composite electrodes containing elemental sulfur for lithium cells |
초록 | Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) battery has attracted a significant attention, owing to a competitive cost, high theoretical capacity and high energy density. However, despite various advantage of lithium-sulfur batteries, the practical application of lithium-sulfur batteries still suffers from the low utilization of active phase due to their low electrical conductivity of sulfur and discharge products, which leads to poor rate capability. In this work, we present more electrochemically enhanced cathode by carbon nitiride modified graphene sheets (CNGS) via thermal annealing process. The S/CNGS composite was fabricated from GO, melamine, and sulfur by using melt-diffusion technique. The electrochemical performances of S/CNGS and S/GS composites were investigated by cycle voltammetry (CV). The S/CNGS cathodes showed excellent coulombic efficiency, cycling stability, and a good capacity. |
