Synthesis and Characterization of CoAl2O4 Nanoparticles by a Hydrothermal Process |
초록 |
CoAl2O4 nanoparticle was prepared under high temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. CoAl2O4 was obtained in the temperature range of 150~210℃ for 6h. The synthesized CoAl2O4 powders were characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and color spectrophotometer. The average size and distribution of synthesized CoAl2O4 powders was in the range of 10-20nm and narrow, respectively. |
