| 제목 | Investigation on the biofunctionality of poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone)-hyaluronic acid blend |
| 초록 | Poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) is one of emerging polymers for hard tissue engineering and displays excellent viscoelastic properties that can be utilized in various types of tissue including skin and cartilage tissues. We investigated the impact of the embedment of hyaluronic acid in PLCL on the modulation of cellular responses. The physical and biological properties of the fabricated blend were analyzed using various analytical techniques and cell assays for the evaluation of cell adhesion and proliferation.
