제목 Performance enhancement of perovskite solar cells using plasmonic Ag@SiO2 nanoprisms
초록 Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of metal nanostructures has been applied in solar cells to boost the light absorption and photogeneration of excitons. In this research, triangular Ag@SiO2 nanoprisms are introduced in mesoporous layer of perovskite solar cells. The LSPR absorption band of Ag nanoprisms are tuned from 500 nm to 800 nm and the effect of the LSPR absorption band on the photovoltaic performance is investigated. This plasmonic Ag@SiO2 nanoprisms can help to fabricate highly efficient perovskite solar cells.
