제목 Synthesis of nano-sized and narrow-distributed copper chromite particles and hydrogenation reaction for fatty alcohol
초록 Copper chromites have been synthesized in various dispersant solution. The activities of the hydrogenation reaction of the synthesized catalysts were tested in the mild condition of 100 atm and 280 ℃. In order to optimize the reaction, the effects of the following factors on the fatty alcohol formation have been considered: i) temperature ii) pressure and iii) the concentration of catalyst. The yield of fatty alcohols were more than 95% (Dodecanol: 96.0%, hexadecanol: 96.5%, octadecanol: 95.8%) in the optimized reaction condition. The fatty alcoholswere purified by simple distillation and their purity is higher than 98%.
