제목 One-Step Fabrication of Graphene Transistors Based on Coffee-Ring Structure of Chemically Exfoliated Graphene Derivatives
초록 Recently, graphene has garnered particular interest as a promising carbon-based material with outstanding thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties; thus research efforts have been devoted towards developing a method for assembling graphene-based nanomaterials into a controllable architecture. Graphene's nature allows the fabrication of monolithic graphene-graphite integrated transistors where the graphitic portion of the pattern plays the role of the source and drain electrodes and mono- or a few layered graphene act as a semiconducting channel. Here, we demonstrated a coffee-ring structure of graphene derivatives as a one-step solution fabrication route for graphene-based transistors. coffee-ring structure formed after solvent evaporation of chemically-modified graphene nanosheet solutions has an equivalent structure to all graphene-based transistors, the source / drain electrodes and semiconducting channel of which consisted monolithically of graphene nanosheets
