제목 Preparation and characterization of composite film based on polyethersulfone/SiO2 modified with silane coupling agent
초록 In this study, nano sized SiO2 was modified by various silane coupling agents. The modified SiO2 and polyethersulfone(PES) composite films were prepared by solution casting. The SiO2/PES composite films were characterized by thermo mechanical analysis(TMA), UV-vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and universial testing machine(UTM). PES film having SiO2 modified with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) was high transmittance and low CTE value. SiO2 modified with silane coupling agents can lead to disperse well in PES matrix, to maintain high transmittance, and to reduce the CTE value of PES film.
