The coating film used in solar cell module or LCD plate, which exposing to inferior external environment, requires high hardness and transmittance to preventenvironmental damages. Polyorganosiloxane has many excellent thermal and resistansce properties. α,ω-Vinylpoly(dimethyl-methylvinyl)siloxane copolymer VPVMS to use as base materials in the preparation of coating material was prepared from the equilibrium polymerization of 1,3,5-trivinyl-1,3,5-trimethylcyclotirsiloxane with hexamethylcyclosiloxane and VMS at 90 ℃ for 2hr. Coating film was obtained by UV irradiation to coated on glass and PET film with coating materials, and applied the coating material on glass, and measured hardness, contact angle and transmittance. By increasing the polyorganosiloxane content in the base resin, contact angle were increased. Hardness and transparency of the coated film were investigated according to the contents of the polyorganosiloxane in the base resin. |
