제목 | Optimizing SnO2 for Perovskite solar cells Employing the OMO transparent electrode. |
초록 | OMO (Oxide/Metal(Ag)/Oxide) layers are good candidates for transparent electrode of flexible solar cells due to low sheet resistance, high transmittance and flexibility. However, when an OMO applies to as a transparent electrode of the perovskite solar cell (PSC), the silver in the OMO can react with the iodine ions which diffused in the perovskite active layer. As a result, Ag is converted to AgI compound with low conductivity, resulting reduces efficiency of PSC. Here, to solve this problem, amine-based blocking material were introduced into the SnO2 electron transport layer to prevent contact between iodine and silver. In XRD analysis, AgI peak indicates that metal was transformed to insulator and makes increasing sheet resistance. In our study, because with amine-based film wasn't observed any AgI peak, it makes the using amine-based material assist to operate OMO electrode as perovskite solar cells. As a result, flexible PSCs with up to 11% PCE were fabricated using OMO electrodes. |
