제목 A Thiophene, Cyclopentadithiophene and phenothiazine-Based Copolymer : Synthesis, characterization and photovoltaic properties.
초록 A novel conjugated copolymer was synthesized for photovoltaic solar cells, that has narrow energy band gap building blocks such a Thiophene, Cyclopentadithiophene. Poly{3,7-(10-hexyl-10H-phenothiazine)-alt-4,7-(benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole)-2,6(4,4-bis(2-ehylhexyl)-4H-cyclophenta[2,1-b:3,4-b']dithiophene}[PBCPDTB] and [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methylester (PCBM), were constructed as a electron donor and acceptor. Electron donor was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction, and characterized the photo-optical properties by using UV vis, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. This poster is a new low-band-gap polymer for applications in BHJ solar cells. By optimizing the nano-scale morphology with DIO (1,8-diiodooctane) additive, the PCE of BHJ solar cells based on this new polymer has been improved. The HOMO energy level of PBCPDTB was -5.33eV, and LUMO energy level was -3.71eV.
