Photo-triggered Smart W/O Droplets of PNIPAAm Random Copolymer with having Spironaphthoxazine |
| 초록 |
Spironaphthoxazine is known as photo-isomerization from close (spiro) to open (merocyanine) under UV photo. Spironaphthoxazine methacryloyl was introduced in the copolymerization with NIPAAm for poly(NIPAAm-co-SPO-co-fluorophore). We present asymmetric Janus particle preparation in the microfluidic devices from the random copolymer by flowing a single aqeous stream of the copolymer in the oil phase. We also propose a mechanism for morphology development of Janus particle in the presence of additives involved in the photo-triggered phase separation of the random copolymer. |
