제목 Influences of CaTiO3-modified photoelectrodes  on the photovoltaic propertied of dye-sensitized solar cells
초록  This work reports on the preparation of surface-modified TiO2 photoelectrodes by dip  coating process and effects on the photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The surface of TiO2 photoelectrodes coated on F-doped TiO2 (FTO) was modified by soaking it in a TiCl4:CaCl2 mixed aqueous solution with various molar ratios and then calcining to produce the CaTiO3-treated TiO2 photoelectrode. DSSCs with CaTiO3-treated TiO2 electrodes showed an increase in open circuit voltage and a decrease in short circuit current.
