제목 High-performing Polymer Field Effect Transistor Fabricated in a Large Spherulite
초록 Recently, π-conjugated polymers were used various area in organic field effect transistors and organic photovoltaic cells. We synthesized π-conjugated donor–acceptor (D–A) polymer PDTDPPQT with diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) as an strong acceptor. The PDTDPPQT polymer displayed high crystallinity in the film state with high carrier mobilities. In this study, epitaxial polymer crystal growth (EPCG) method with a crystallization promoting agent, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene was used to form a macroscopic alignment in spin-coated film. Using PDTDPPQT polymer containing lamellar and amorphous region, charge-transport properties were investigated along radial and perpendicular direction in epitaxially grown spherulite. Novel technique with EPCG was proved a promising method to enhance the performance of electronic devices in radial direction.
