Free-patterned design of fabric-based wearable organic light-emitting diodes |
초록 |
In this work, we demonstrate the organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricated on stretchable fabrics. For the device fabrication, we used a dispenser printing method, which is simple, cost effective, large-area applicable. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) or poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) has used to improve a rough surface of the fabric-based substrates. The resistance value of a ITO anode deposited on surface-planarized fabrics is approximately 150 Ω, which has lower resistance than bare fabrics (3 kΩ) without any planarization layer. The printed OLEDs on surface-planarized fabrics exhibited high luminance of 5,346 cd/m2 at 8 V. This research was supported by the MSIT(Ministry of Science and ICT), Korea, under the “ICT Consilience Creative program” (IITP-2018-2011-1-00783) supervised by the IITP(Institute for Information & communications Technology Promotion) |
