제목 Engineering of n-type polymer semiconductors in a molecular level
초록 Plastic electronics is one of the promising candidates for realization of low-cost, printable, shape-conformable, and large-area electronic devices. Deepening of our understanding of charge-carrier dynamics in polymer semiconductors is critical to bridge the current research stage and production of reliable devices in the market place. In this talk, I present my previous and current work on molecular engineering of n-type polymer semiconductors. Examples include characterization of a series of polymer semiconductors and multicomponent systems, and introduction of dopants in thin films for development of high-performance organic electronic devices.
