Photophysical properties on solar cells |
| 초록 |
Recently solar cells based including several perovskite materials were reported to achieve more than 20% efficiency. However the mechanisms after the light harvesting are not well studied so far. We have successfully developed time-resolved photovoltage and photocurrent measurement instruments using a pulsed laser and continuous wave lamp to monitor the charge behavior on the solar cells. In this work the various photophysical properties which are matched with the cell performance will be introduced. In addition the current undergoing projects will be discussed. |
