제목 | Characterization of CZTSe thin film solar cells on flexible Mo foils substrates |
초록 | Thin-film solar cells on flexible substrates have an advantage to achieve the grid parity because of cost reduction by roll-to-roll deposition method. In previous studies, CZTS which has an efficiency of 1.94 % on the Mo-coated Al foil, CZTS which has an efficiency of 3.08 % on the Mo-coated flexible glass, and CZTS which has an efficiency of 3.82 % efficiency on Mo foil have been reported. In this study, we fabricated flexible CZTSe solar cell with 5.98 % efficiency on Mo foil substrate. Mo foil substrate was soaked in a NaOH solution with 1 wt % at 30 oC for 20 min. CZTSe precursor was deposited on the Mo foil substrate using sputtering process with a stacking order of Cu/Sn/Zn/Mo. The characteristics of flexible CZTSe solar cell showed the Voc of 0.360 V, Jsc of 33.90 mA/cm2, fill factor of 48.92 %, efficiency of 5.98 %.
