| 제목 | Colloidal crystal based soft lithographic nanopatterning and its applications |
| 초록 | It is a talk to recall one of my 40 year’s friendship with late Professor SM Yang. In a word, he was always a step ahead to wait for me to get there. In 1972, I joined to Chem. E department in SNU where he already was. After both of us finished MS program in KAIS, it did not take too long to meet him again in California when I went to Stanford Univ. since he was already in Caltech nearby. Since then we had joined to KAIST as a faculty member almost same time from 1985, we have been working in the same department. We had accomplished a couple of joint works. One is a textbook about Fundamentals of Micro-structured fluid flow published in 1997 and the other was a couple of papers written in field of Electro-rheological fluids in 1998. Since then, we had been working in a little different area. He had accomplished a lot of excellent researches in field of both electro-osmosis, electo-phoresis and free surface in fluid. In my case nanosphere lithography starting from colloidal self assembly was one issue in my lab. which will be discussed here briefly. |
