Perpendicular microdomain orientations of lamellar-forming block copolymers by solvent annealing process |
초록 |
The solvent annealing approach may be is one of the most effective methods for tuning the surface energy of two block copolymer microdomain orientation and morphology of self-assembled nano-stuructures in the block copolymer (BCP) films. In this study, we investigated the microdomain orientation and structural development of symmetric polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) BCP in thin films. With increasing a solvent annealing time, the morphology and orientation of nanostructures of BCP thin film characterized using scanning probe microscope (SPM) and grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS). |
