3D Network structure in nanoscale has attracted considerable attention because of their material characteristics, mechanical properties and its potential applications. The block copolymers (BCPs) have been extensively investigated, due to their ability to self-assemble into 3D periodic nanostructures. In this study, the thin film of asymmetric polystyrene-block-polymethyl methacrylate (PS-b-PMMA) were prepared on a neutral substrate, and exposed to solvent vapor. 3D Network structure of BCPs thin films were fabricated, and the structure was investigated using Scanning Force Microscopy (SFM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Grazing Incidence small-angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS). |
