A novel donor-donor copolymer was synthesized by Stille coupling reaction. The synthesized polymer was characterized by 1H NMR study. The synthesized materials have moderate solubility in organic solvents such as chloroform, chlorobenzene, and dichlorobenzene. this copolymer contains electron donating thiophene, thienothiophene moiety, which is big fused aromatic unit having a high thermal stability and good air stability. We present electrochemical, optical, thermal properties of the synthesized polymer and OTFT property. |
