Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : poly(4-styrenesulfonic acid)(PEDOT:PSS) nanoparticles were synthesized by Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization, and were prepared high conducting films by bar coating methods. PSS as a polymeric surfactant was important materials for particle stabilization and film formation. The conductivity and transmittance of PEDOT:PSS nanoparticles were controlled by adjusting the concentration of PSS. The particle size and morphology were analyzed by SEM and TEM. Thermal properties were observed by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. After bar coating methods, transmittance properties were observed by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, respectively. For electrical property, PEDOT:PSS coated PET film with concentration of PSS was analysed by 4-point probe method. |
