제목 Synthesis of Epoxy-Carbon composites and its thermal conductivity
초록 Epoxy has been known to have high tensile strength, chemical resistance and excellent fire retardant. Graphene also has been known to have good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. We synthesized Epoxy-Carbon composites to enhance thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. The materials of the carbon were graphite, CNT and graphene. Morphologies of the graphenes were monitored by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break were measured using universal testing machine (UTM). Thermal properties were also measured by a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). Thermal conductivity was estimated by a thermal conductivity meter.
