제목 Solvent annealing of block copolymer micelles combined with Transfer Printing
초록 Self assembly of block copolymers(BCPs) have been of interest thanks to not only the scale of microdomains but also convenience to tune the size of microdomains. In particular BCP micelle films are useful not only as templates for fabrication of 2D arrays of nanoclusters but also as masks for nanolithography. The treatment of BCP micelles with its solvent vapor has been known as an effective way to obtain ordered micellar arrays. More functionality of BCP micelles is achieved by depositing them into micropatterned arrays. In order to further control BCP micelles upon solvent annealing, we introduce a new patterning method of BCP thin films, Transfer Printing where BCP micelles spin cast directly on a patterned PDMS mold is transferred to a substrate. The microstructure of the micelles patterned by Transfer Printing is ordered by the subsequent solvent annealing. The controlled microstructures were characterized by Atomic Force Microscope, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope.
