High triplet energy hole transport material for high efficiency blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode. |
초록 |
We designed a high triplet energy hole transport material consisting of high triplet energy hole transport unit and planar core structure. The hole transport material showed triplet energy of higher than 2.8 eV and excellent device performance as the hole transport material for the blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode. The HOMO and LUMO levels of the hole transport material were -5.85 eV and -2.67 eV. The quantum efficiency was improved by 31% and power efficiency was increased by 23% compared to that of control device. |
