Fluorinated polymers have oil and water repellence, chemical resistance, great weatherability, high thermal stability, and mechanical properties at high temperatures. Recently, the research on fluorinated polymers has been one of the issue in organic electronics because of their orthogonal processing by oil and water repellence. In this work, Poly(3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10-Heptadecafluorodecyl methacrylate)-block-poly(Lauryl methacrylate) (PHDFMA-b-PLMA) was used to make nanopattern via its self-assembling process reached through the thermal and solvent annealing. Furthermore, using inorganic nanoparticles, making hybrid organic–inorganic nanocomposites. Zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) and hafnium oxide (HfO2) with fluorous or organic ligand was used as inorganic nanoparticles that can be fabricated respectively along the one block due to interaction between one block and ligand on nanoparticles. Finally, it was observed that aligned nanostructure with different nanoparticles. |
