제목 Preparation and characterization of anti-reflective alumina layer obtained by sol-gel method
초록 In the multimedia age, display devices have remarkably advanced in terms of performance and function. Especially, anti-reflection property is required through the low-cost process in the panel of display. In this study, alumina thin layer offering anti-reflection property were fabricated from alumina sol with various chemical components on the inorganic and organic substrates through the sol-gel method. The surface morphology and optical property of samples were controlled by the use of ethyl acetoacetate as chelating agent, hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature and a kind of substrate. The properties of samples were measured by UV-Vis spectroscopy, XRD, and FE-SEM.
