제목 supercritical antisolvent micronization of acetaminophen
초록 We recrystallized acetaminophen from ethanol solution using supercritical carbon dioxide as the antisolvent. We varied the pressure and temperature and investigated their influence on the morphology and size of the particles. A coaxial nozzle was used to introduce the supercritical carbon dioxide and the acetaminophen/ethanol solution into the precipitation vessel. SEM(scanning electron microscopy) images were used to observe the processed particles. FT-IR and NMR were employed to identify the chemical structure of precipitated particles.
