제목 Highly efficient synthesis of GAP-based polyurethane binders via a combination of polyaddition and “Click” chemistry
초록 Several different internal plasticizers had been synthesized to investigate the affection of different electron-withdrawing groups (EWG) adjacent to alkynyl and the effect of chain length between EWG and alkynyl on the reactivity of “click” reaction without any catalyst. The plasticizing capacity of those different internal plasticizers was evaluated by studying the miscibility and processability between glycidyl azide polymer (GAP) and internal plasticizers in estimating by the decreasing degree of glass transition temperature and viscosity. The reaction between alkynyl and azido was a remarkable efficiency and environmentally friendly “click”-chemistry approach like 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azido and terminal alkyne. The effects of incorporation of those plasticizers with GAP were investigated in terms of mechanical properties and thermal stability of these resulting.
