Preparation of high degradable nanofiber for scaffold by electrospinning |
초록 |
Poly(Lactic acid)(PLA) was the one of the most biodegradable and biocompatible polymer. 3-arm and 4-arm PLA were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization from Lactide. Glycerol with 3-arm and pentaerythritol with 4-arm of the end group of hydroxy group were used as initiator and Sn(Oct)2 were used as catalyst. The structure of the synthesized were confirmed by NMR, ATR FT-IR and the molecular weight was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC). And thermal degradation properties were investigated using by TGA. And comparison between star-polymer and linear PLA were carried out. |
