제목 Stimuli-responsive Hybrid Gels based on Copolymeric PHEMA Networks
초록 We have synthesized and characterized Poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate), PHEMA, hydrogels containing Pluronic, PEO-PPO-PEO triblock copolymer, which is well known as a thermo-responsive biocompatible polymer. In addition, the introduction of either acidic acrylic acid(AA) or basic 2-aminoethyl methacrylate(AEMA) comonomer to above gel system was attempted to further modify and extend the stimuli-responsive (both pH and temperature) swelling properties of gels. The resulting hybrid gels possessed a microporous network structure and exhibited a reversible dual-responsive swelling behavior.
