제목 Solution-Processed Bulk-Heterojunction Solar Cells Based on Polythiophenes Containing Strong Electron Withdrawing Units.
초록 A novel push-pull copolymer was synthesized by Stille coupling reaction. The synthesized polymer was characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR Spectroscopic studies. The synthesized materials have moderate solubility in organic solvents such as chloroform, chlorobenzene, and dichlorobenzene. The material has a good balance of donating group and withdrawing group. It contains electron donating quarter thiophene moiety, which is big fused aromatic unit having a high thermal stability and good air stability. Also It has strong electron withdrawing units, which greatly increase the electron affinity, while allowing for the tuning of the polymer properties via variation of the thiophene moiety. We present electrochemical, optical, thermal properties of the synthesized polymer. Solar cell performances of the polymer blended with PC70BM will be presented in detail. This compound can be a promising material for printing process and tendem solar cells.
