In this research, we have synthesized two fluorinated indolo[3,2-b]indole-based polymer (IDID-P1 and IDID-P2) for organic semiconductor. Introduction of electron-withdrawing F atom into IDID core gave rise to inter and/or intramolecular hydrogen bonds and promoted better molecular organization and crystallization to enhance their charge-carrier mobility. These features were characterized with atomic force microscopy (AFM) and grazing incidence diffraction(GXID). OFET devices were fabricated with a bottom-gate, top-contact configuration using gold as source-drain electrodes. IDID-P1 and IDID-P2 exhibited p-type field-effect mobility of 0.13 cm2 V-1s-1 and 0.11 cm2 V-1s-1, respectively. We also carried out doping test about IDID-P1 and IDIDP2 using F4TCNQ. The conductivity of device was dramatically improved after soaking, IDID-P1 was 70.59 S/cm. |
