To date, perovskite solar cells (PSC) have been intensively developed for alternative energy source due to high efficiency and low cost. Here, we report perovskite solar cell based on hollow structure as scaffold layer and Al doped anatase TiO2 as compact layer. The hollow structure increases perovskite loading on the working electrode of solar cell. In particular, compare to anatase TiO2 hollow nanoparticles (THNPs), SiO2/TiO2 hollow nanoparticles (STHNPs) which have noncrystalline phase enhance the open circuit voltage Voc because electrons cannot readily transfer into the conduction band of STHNPs. In addition, Al doping in anatase lattice can increase the stability and passivate electron trapping, so that PSCs have the enhanced efficiency. By employing STHNPs and Al doping in charge transfer layer, PSC exhibited a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 13.8%. |
