제목 광학 감응성을 갖는 중공형 하이드로겔 캡슐의 제조
초록 This presentation introduces a robust and straightforward method to fabricate uniform hollow poly(vinylamine) hydrogel particles, in which a combined technique of dispersion polymerization and sequential hydrolysis/crosslinking reaction is utilized. We demonstrate that the particle sizes are determined depending on degree of crosslinking as well as its reaction time, while the shell thickness remains constant. Then, we show surface treatment of hollow hydrogel particles with an oppositely charged biopolymer enables control over the permeability through the shell even to small molecular weight (~400 g/mol) of permeates. We also show that the hollow hydrogel capsules can be hybridized with Au nanoparticles with a concentration-dependent manner. Furthermore, we prove that these composites show optically responsive rupturing phenomena by simply irradiating them with a laser with the maximum absorption wavelength for the hybridized Au nanoparticles.
