The dielectric properties of polyimide(PI) composites filled with BaTiO3(BT) decorated silver nanoparticles and carbon nanotube are investigated. BT is oxidized(COOH-BT) and COOH-BT were treated by amino propyltriethoxy-silane(APS). And then COOH-BT is decorated by dielectrical materials. After CNT-BT and Ag-BT are dispersed by poly (amic acid) and then distributed as a way to thermal and chemical reaction composite material was manufactured by filler contents. The difference of morphology of BT and Ag-BT is observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM) with various additive factor as type, concentration, and so on. Dielectric properties of the composites according to frequency, the types of filler and the amounts of filler are investigated by microwave dielectrometer. PI/Ag-BT composites are shown higher permittivity and loss tangent than PI/CNT-BT composites. |
