제목 Dielectric Properties of Semi-IPN Polyimide Blend Composites Filled with BaTiO3 Decorated Silver Nanoparticles by Reduction Method.
초록 The dielectric properties of semi-IPN(interpenetrating polymer network) polyimide(PI) blend/BaTiO3(BT) decorated silver nanoparticles composites are investigated. BT is oxidized(COOH-BT) and COOH-BT were treated by amino propyltriethoxy-silane(APS). And then COOH-BT is decorated by silver nanoparticles. BT, crosslinker and peroxide are dispersed by poly (amic acid) and then distributed as a way to thermal and chemical reaction composite material was manufactured by BT contents and crosslinker contents. The composites obtained by semi-IPN structure observed using SEM and thermal analysis by TGA. Morphology and size of particles of the prepared Ag-BT were observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM). The blend of PI and cross-linked triallyl isocyanurate is effective for lowering the permittivity and loss tangent owing to the suppression of the orientation polarization of matrix.
