제목 | Optical and electroluminescent properties for side group substitution lengths. |
초록 | We synthesized new three antracene derivatives AC-P,AC-DP, AC-TP to see EL,optical properties. To evaluate electroluminescent properties, three antracene derivatives were synthesized by suzuki reaction. by fabricating single layer OLED device using three antracene materials. we achieved power efficiencies of 0.55 lm/W (0.8 cd/A at 5.1V) for AC-P and 0.47 lm/W (0.65 cd/A at 6.1V) for AC-DP and 1.81 lm/W( 3.87 cd/A at 7.38V) for AC-TP the maximum in the EL spectra of ITO/2-TNATA(60nm)/NPB(15nm)/AC-P(30nm)and AC-DP(30nm) and AC-TP(30nm)/Alq3(20 or 10nm)/LiF /Al device were found to be 457nm,441nm and 451nm respectively It was found out that bulky side group of triphenyl benzene increased EL efficiency compared to linear side group and AC-TP compound showed high EL efficiency of 3.87cd/A and 4.5 % and CIE value was (0.15, 0.12) which means deep blue. |
