High-sensitive and rapid monitoring systems of trace ROS, represently H2O2, are vital for sensing of ROS. In this study, we demonstrated monolayer graphene based high-sensitive field-effect transistor (FET) biosensor for H2O2 detection and real-time monitoring of low concentrations. Cytochrome c (Cyt c) was utilized as bio-receptor, and was immobilized on the micropatterned graphene channel using DAN interfacial chemical. The Cyt c based graphene FET platform showed high-performance toward H2O2 with a limit of detection (LOD) of 100 fM and rapid response time under 5 sec. In addition, our sensor platform was able to clearly discriminate H2O2 from various interfering substance such as dopamine, glucose, glutamate, uric acid and ascorbic. Those results, Cyt c based graphene FET sensor platform could facilitate a promising application in future trace H2O2 or free radical biosensors. |
