제목 Cross-linked composite gel polymer electrolytes based on PEO-PPO tetrablock copolymer using tetraethylorthosilicate or nanosilica for supercapacitor.
초록 Cross-linked composite gel polymer electrolytes (CGPEs) were fabricated from PEO-PPO tetrablock copolymer using either tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) or nanosilica. The precursors were prepared by reacting the terminal hydroxy end groups of Tetronic 90R4 ((OP18OE16)NCH2CH2N(OE16OP18)) with 3-(triethoxysiliyl)propyl isocyanate. Then, the precursors were mixed with ionic liquid (BMIM-BF4) and TEOS or nanosilica and the solutions were cast into composite membranes. CGPEs with 0.1 wt% nanosilica and 1 wt% TEOS showed high ion conductivities of 1.3×10-3 S/cm and 1.6×10-3 S/cm, respectively. Moreover, tensile strengths and the elongation at break were improved by the addition of inorganic additives. Thermal stability was evaluated using DSC and TGA. Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge test.
