Improved power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells with additive-containing poly(3-hexylthiophene) as a hole transporting layer |
초록 |
Study on perovskite solar cells has advanced rapidly as a result of the materials excellent light absorption, charge-carrier mobilities, low cost and scalability, and is still going on to improve efficiency and lifetime. We adopted a fluoronated compound as an additive to poly(3-hexylthiophene) for application to hole transporting layer of perovskite solar cells. We expected that the very simple addition of the fluorinated compound into poly(3-hexylthiophene) film possibly works as a medium to enhance photovoltaic performance by increasing its hole mobility. Perovskite solar cells with P3HT (with or without additive) were fabricated and their photovoltaic properties are investigated. |
