Preparation of Colloidal CIS Ink for Solar Cell |

In this study, We prepared colloidal CIS ink which is applicable to spin coating or ink jet printing method for solar cell. At first, we synthesized CIS nano particles by chemical method and characterized by XRD. We prepared CIS nano particle ink that has good dispersibility in organic medium. We measured the viscosity of the CIS ink by capillary tube viscometer. The contact angle of CIS ink on Mo substrate was 7~9° and the particle size of CIS analyzed by TEM was approximately 20~100nm. After spin coating the ink on the Mo substrate, the thickness of CIS thin film layer about 0.5㎛. We also discussed CIS coating layer and crystal phase with heat treatment. we prepared successfully the 20wt% CIS ink for solar cell. |
