제목 Preparation and characterization of a copper nanoparticles ink for conductive printed electrodes.
초록 A copper nanoparticle ink was prepared for inkjet printing on flexible substrate (PI film). Cu nanoparticle colloid has been characterized by high resolution transmission microscope (HR TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Bar coated Cu nanoparticle ink on PI films has a resistivity of less than 10-5 Ω cm, after sintering at 350 oC for 30 min. A copper nanoparticle ink has been successfully printed to conductive lines The ink-jet printed copper patterns exhibited metal-like appearance and became highly conductive upon heat treatments.
