| 제목 | Ni conductive fiber by RF magnetron sputtering for smart textile |
| 초록 | In this study, Ni coated conductive PET fiber was used for smart textile. PET fiber was used as the substrate because of it’s cylindrical shape and flexibility. Ni was selected due to it’s good electrical properties. Ni was deposited on PET fiber by RF magnetron sputtering. Uniform Ni thin film was obtained by using rotating device in sputtering process. |
