In this study, we conducted research about electrochemical performance of supercapacitor electrodes. Especially, Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) have spacious surface areas as supercapacitor electrode materials. Various ratio mixed ligand Nickel-MOFs consist of 1,3,5-Trimesic acid (H3BTC) and terephthalic acid (H2BDC) were used working electrode materials in three electrode system. When synthesizing MOFs, it is possible to synthesize uniform crystals using hydrothermal synthesis. This synthesized Ni-MOFs appeared to high specific capacitance and large surface area. The organization and morphology of composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Electrochemical properties were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in 6M KOH electrolyte. |
