Large area printing of DNA features with conformal contact |
초록 |
DNA patterns with various shapes and dimensions made by capillary force lithography (CFL) on a master substrate were reproduced onto gold coated elastomer using Supramolecular NanoStamping (SuNS). SuNS is based on a hybridization-contact- dehybridization cycles in which the crucial step is the contact between two surfaces. Our technique proves that SuNS can transfer DNA features over a large area with high resolution when the secondary substrate is ‘soft’ enough. An array of DNA with the density of (1.0 × 108 spots/cm2), three order of magnitude lower than the density of a spotted DNA microarray, could be uniformly printed on a large area (> 50mm2). Potentially, this approach will enable the fabrication of DNA based arrays or multi-components DNA-base devices. |
